Now, that is a sticker price. If you can wheel and deal,
you should be able to drive it away for that price including
tax/license fees. I did with my '95 (MSRP sticker was 20500, got
a $1500 discount from Dodge, that put it at $19000). Again, the
$19000 is 'List' price. Got it down to $19500 out the door
($500 was remaining balance of my trade in loan).
Give it a shot, it couldn't hurt!
