Well I installed the Jet chip and it has been in a week.There is more power
with the
Stage 2 chip.I did not realize a torque increase with the chip alone.It wasn,t
untill I
installed the Jet thermostat that I noticed the torque increase.Overall
opinion is it is worth the expense for the drivability increase.The thermostat
is a 180 degree product
sold by Jet.
The brake system has been on 2 weeks now and I am really impressed with
the braking performance of the Stillen rotor system.You can really lean on the
brakes now and it stops straight and strong.They don,t make brakes for the
earlier Daks.
The new truck weighs 600-1000 lbs more than the old and it can use more brake.
