If your E-Mail client is Outlook Express, do the following:
1) Launch Outlook Express
2) Select the TOOLS menu
3) From that menu, select STATIONARY
4) From within that window, select the MAIL tab
5) From within that window, select the SIGNATURE button
You can either create a text signature from within Outlook Express, or you can link to an external file that will be
inserted as your signature block.
