First, find a new club. Second, unless you want to hop it or pull some 3
wheel, get bags. They're cheaper, they run off compressors, not 2 or 3 or 4
batteries, and they ride like a truck, not a pogo stick.
Unless he had the ladder bars custom made, just keep looking, you'll find
them.
Do what you want to with your truck. It's your truck. If he does the same
thing as you, that just means the he was just as smart and started earlier.
And really, get a new club. Where there's one, there's always two.
