    If the mustang drivers prefer the Paxton, that lights up a big
warning beacon in my mind; go with the Vortech. ;-) Keep in mind
that these people are running mustangs when they could've been running
Dakotas, so their decision making process is questionable. ;-)

   All kidding aside, based on the (admittedly very little) research
I've done, Vortech seems to be the better of the two. Vortech seems
to get used a lot on mopars whereas paxton seems to be a ferd/chebby
(but especially ferd) kinda thing. I'm not sure why.

  Once a year, Hot Rod (?) magazine puts out a special "blower"
magazine which is nothing but blowers (with some turbos and some
nitrous); they do comparisons, etc. It might be worthwhile to
find a few of these issues and take a look.
