You use a torque wrench. If you don't work on your Dak it's probably not
worth buying. They are kind of expensive as far as wrenches go. You set
the torque (digitally or manually-depending on the type) and when you reach
the specified torque that's it- won''t tighten any more. And if you don't
work on your Dak you can probably find one to borrow.
