I don't think so... It seems to have some grit to it. Granted I
didn't use a microscope to check, but after I used it I had to stick
my nose right up to the paint to see any evidence of the scratches
left by the front end cover.
After the scratches were gone, my Jim Beam on the rocks seemed to
taste just a little bit better!
