I can't see why they don't charge the guy with 1st degree murder. I have
never surprised someone by repossessing their car. Some may have been
surprised that I found it. But, everyone was expecting their car to be
repossessed. You have to be a few months behind on your loan payments before
the bank calls in the repossession. This guy in Texas knew his car was going
to be repossessed when he saw the repo man taking the car and still shot and
killed him. That sounds premeditated to me.
