I went through that the other day and after some serious though on the matter,
I guess you would be in for some serious mods to make into the 13's. It can be
done for a price. Depending on your mechanical abilities and bank account. I
can run my 95 SLT 5.2L w/ slicks and get down to 14.333, to get anymore out of
it I would changethe bumpstick and go to the roller rockers. A good tranny
job would help too.
