I had a similar problem with getting the automatic door locks activated
on my '97. The dealer charged me $25.00 to do it, his reason for that
was allegedly to pay for the computer used to perform these operations.
I called the toll-free number for CC and they said to send them the bill
and they would reimburse me,they also said that wasn't supposed to be a
charge for these things.
