You mean the shop that doesn't exist? I went looking for his shop one
day when I was in the area (902 Livernois) and guess what I found....
his house. From all apearances he does his buisness from his kitchen
table. Now granted I am not aware of the full story, maybe he rents a
shop for the work and just runs the paperwork from his house, but it
seems a bit shady to me. I will say though that there are some very
satisfied customers out there who have bought from him. I do know that
the throttle bodies take months before you will see them. Ned Vogler
got one and I remember he waited quite a long time before he got it.
I'd say go with Mopar Performance, Summit, Truck Performace Center, or
any other number of speed shops. You'll get better prices on a lot of
stuff and a lot friendlier service. I got the exact same attitude when
I called him once. Matter of fact he told me the same thing ... ".. its
really better if you know what you want when you come in" [come in where
I wonder?] "Send me $5 for my catalog and that should help you out, Ok"
I mean it was like I was wasting his time or something. I'm sorry but
customer service is an important issue with me... I don't know he may
be Ok, maybe his attitude just rubs people the wrong way. Anyway hope
this helps your decision.
PS: Not trying to smear you Jules, just stating what I know to be facts
to the best of my knoledge. If I got anything wrong let us know.
