Wiring up new fog lamps

Hey guys.
I bought a pair of PIAA fog lamps yesterday to supplement the stock driving
lamps on the '98's.
Anyway there is one wire that you have to attach to the positive wire for
the parking lights. Does anybody know where I can find, and which wire, is
the positive parking light wire on '98's?
