I have a MB 450SL which is a lot of V8 stuffed into a VERY tight space. It
uses an electric fan and in summer, with the AC on, it just isn't enough.
And MB is known for usually OVER engineering stuff. Personally, I would
never trade the tiny HP gains by replacing the Dak's clutch fan with an
electric. Too much hassle and cost for too little pay-back.
