Sorry, man, but I gotta' disagree. I think trucks are RWD because of
towing and Engine space. I wouldn't think you could stuff a 360 in a Dak
with the whole drive train right there in the front of the engine bay.
Besides, FWD just doesn't put the torque to the ground when towing is an
issue. You probably want the torque down as close the where the Towing
weight is as possible, hence, the power in the rear where the hitch is.
If you put all the weight in the back and all the power in the front, you
can't expect to put the power down as efficiently because of the weight
transfer of the vehicle during acceleration... or something. I'm just
speculating, I'm no towing expert =). Besides, why piss around with just
two wheels when you can have all four!!! =) (this coming from a
Die-Hard 2WD guy....)
