The tools I can remember using are as follows:
rough-in:
hack saw
dremel
cut-off wheels
finish:
mini air die grinder
coarse, medium, and fine sanding drums
medium and very fine blending discs
polish:
polishing wheel
Mother's mag & aluminum wheel polish

Hey guys I am getting ready to finally try a little TB massaging and
I am curious what tools did those out there who did the mod use? I plan
on using my variable speed dremel tool, just not sure what bits to use for
the different areas of the tbody, like grinding, polishing, etc. Thanks
