The simple test it to carry a magnet down with you when you inspect,
if it sticks, it's not stainless. (at least not Real Stainless).
Try it at home on a good cooking pan.

True stainless steel. "stainless" by itself is a buzzword.
Also, what ga. is the stainless steel?
