Kurt -

I should have included this earlier , but to check and see if it is a
vacuum leak , try this .

Unhook the flexible rubber tube that connects the factory air hat to the
filter box , or if you have an FABM , take the air cleaner assembly off of
the Throttle Body .

Take either your hand , or a wadded up shop rag , or anything that will
make a decent seal to try and block off the airflow that is going into the
engine .

Start the engine and go out and slowly start to cover up or block off the
airflow going into the TB .

If the idling starts to smooth out as you reduce the amount of air being
allowed to enter the engine , then I would almost bet that it is a vacuum
leak .

If this is what it turns out to be , maybe the reason would be that before
you replaced the radiator , it could have gotten too hot and blown or
cracked a seal on the intake or somewher else .
