I think in last month's Peterson 4x4 magazine they had a section on quick
one hour mods and a shift kit was one of them. If I remember correctly, it
took under an hour with simple tools (i.e. wrenches) and it cost around 50
bucks. If you like, I can look it up and scan you a copy but it would not
be until next week as the magazine is in VA and I won't be back here to scan
it until Friday night.
