Whaddya mean? It is flush! The boys at Stillen were pretty much clueless
about the grille..the guy who put it on said it was heck to install and
everyone he called at Stillen didn't know anything...

It did not come painted, you can probably get Stillen to paint it for you,
but I'm sure they would charge a heckuva lot...It took me a month after I
ordered it to get it, imagine how long it would take if they had to paint
it!
