Hi all.
In the latest issue of Petersen's 4Wheel & Off-Road magazine, they install a
new set of torsion bars on a Toyota, saying it improved the ride and
handling, and gave it a bit of a lift allowing for larger tires.
First of all, what are torsion bars?
Second, could a modification like this be done on a 98 Dak? It sounds like
a relatively easy and cheap way to get some more height out of the front.
If so, any particular companies come to mind?
On another note, got a Gibson on order, can't wait!!
