RE: "TEST" pipe.... specifically the Y-pipe

Tate,
I tried to locate a replacement Y-pipe about two years ago, and exhausted
all avenues (at least at that time). The only option I could find at that
time was to have one "custom" fabricated. (Can you say EXPENSIVE???) Do
you know of anyone marketing one now-a-days?
Rich

PS. Pitiful is a good description for the stock one.

Not an ODBII expert, but you would get error codes and a check engine
and no inspection and a bad conscience and blah blah blah....

Make a test pipe for the muffler, not the cat if you want more flow.
The cat will keep it quiet enough for most people's taste.

If you really want performance and economy, start off with some
headers and a replacement unit for that pitiful Y-pipe.

Only my opinion.

Tate
