Dual Exhaust Conversion

Well, I'm ready to convert my truck to a cat-back dual exhaust. I have a 96
4x4 SLT Club cab V8. I want to go with the Flowmaster 3" in dual 2.5" outs,
however I have misplaced the Summit part number and can't find my catalog
either. Does someone have the correct Summit part number for this
Flowmaster muffler?

Also, I called a couple of places around town to see how much it would cost
to have this work done. One place quoted me $105 if I provide the muffler.
However, they don't do mandrel bends on the pipe. Another place will do
mandrel bends and they said it would be $170 if I provide the muffler. Is
it worth the $65 to have the mandrel bend. The first place I called said
that the bends they use would not restrict the flow (Do I believe them or
not?)

Thanks for your help
