Yep, That's right the 400 doesn't have a kick down cable, The kick down
on
them is with an electric solenoid with a switch on the gas peddle.
Just keep playing with it, you may get it working better with out going
into
the thing.

Well, my TH-400's don't even have the solenoid hooked up. Just the
sheer thrill of 675hp sitting in front of it with a 4500 stall with a
full boogie manual valve body with transbrake. It's an awesome sight to
get 3600 lbs to 60' at 1.30! :)
