Dml Members,

R/T used to mean Road and Track. GT used to mean Grand Touring, or
Gran Tourismo. The X meant there was something eXtra added.
These were originally used to designate things added to the vehicle
to make them Track worthy out of the box. What they mean these days is
debatable. Most companies throw these designations around with out thinking.
Similar to the term "Sport". Used to mean a vehicle with engine, and
suspension mods that gave it better performance, but reduced comfort. Now it
means no chrome, and fewer electrical accessaries.
