Fog Lights

Well I am looking to get some fog/driving lights for my 97 Dak. I was
wondering what the biggest size light was that would fit in the cut outs? And
which size should I go with? Also do you have to cut the holes open or do
they just "pop" out?
Would this be a do it yourself installation? Or does it require power/air
tools?
