In a message dated 98-09-26 12:26:39 EDT, you write:

<< What are they rated at? I don't see them in Crutchfield, but they list
everything
w/ a part number, not a name like Premier. You don't happen to know the
number,
do you? I also don't see anything in Crutchfield by Pioneer that is rated to
 handle 75 or more watts.
 Thanks for the info.

I think the 6-1/2"s have a 135w rating. I could be wrong, I'm at work now but
I'm pretty sure that's what they are. When I got them I was running them off
a 100x4 Kenwwod amp and I wanted a bit of "safety margin". I got mine and the
matching 5x7" that I have in the rear at the local Electronic Express.
Crutchfield doesn't carry them but a home ectertainment type store at the mall
would probably have them or atleast be able to find out where they are.

Like I said they are great speakers.m A friend of mine who built up a huge
system in his old car was running Infinity Kappas. When he got his new Eagle
Talon, he sat in my truck and decided to go with Pioneer Premier. (Pioneer
Premier is the higgh end division of Pioneer, like there are Infinity's and
Infinity Kappas). Hope it helps.
