just depends on who busts ya'... My old roomate used to have one and
they would get im' everytime! It was almost unbeleivable. Since he had
PA tags, he just told them they were legal in PA and that he didn;t have it
on, just there for when he went home. One guy finally yanked it and said
too bad. The guy who yanked it was local. The state bears will just tell
you to put it away....if you're lucky...=)
