I have a 97 SC 4x4 auto V6 with the tire handling package and If I could
change anything it would be to get the 8. From joining this list I gather
that the mileage is not that much different yet the power is substantially
different. Granted I haven't done any mods to mine so I can't speak for
what you can get out of the 6. I'm not displeased with the 6 its fine for
day to day driving but once you get up to around 45 mph and higher and you
are looking to merge into traffic, that power is very much missed. Get the
8!!!!
