The only suspension lift for the 97+ is a 4" by Trailmaster. They have been
advertising it for about 4 or 5 months now...but noone can get it. Apparently
they are stuck in R&D. The cost on the unit is around $1400. As for the
other question about loss of power, you will have to ask someone else. Hope
