Yep, I'm not real big on those "bounce around" deals either. The
Gibson 3" is also a straight-through design. I think they claim
that the flow is within 99.99% of a straight pipe. (Its either
them or ATR, whose 3" system looks suspiciously similar [read:
I couldn't see any difference at all] to the Gibson.) The Gibson is
also a mellow muffler. It just rumbles at low RPM, but it'll scream if
you get on the throttle. (Especially if you don't have a cat in front
of it.) :-)
