JET in working order and they guy I talked to said maybe it was wet...

I called JET and asked them point blank about hte moisture problem . They
were like "there is no problem unless you are already dousing the engine
way too much . We have no reports of that as being a particular problem."
In other words , they said they don't have that problem regularly .
