Guy at the Mopar tent at the nats in Dallas told me that disconnecting the
speedo would disable the limiter. I didn't pay too much attention - a 115
mph quarter isn't planned for me. He also said to call the MP tech line
every day to ask them about a chip. He said "end of the year". Same guy
told me "end of the summer" during the race in May. I'll believe it when I
buy it.

Don't mean to be a party-pooper but isn't there a speed limiter
that no one has figured how to bypass?
