  Yep, that bounce is actually a result of the control... As the sensor
reads lean, the computer gives the engine more fuel, then as it swings rich,
it leans out and on and on...

  Yep again. Its pretty neat to see a graph of the sensor output; it
jumps rich,lean, rich, lean, but when you mash the throttle, that line
pegs right up near the top of the graph. Usually its a perfectly straight
line, though sometimes it wavers slightly.
