Kyle

I don't have a 4x4 but the following will be true
no matter what type of vehicle.

You mentioned that 3.78", 3.58", 3.5" backspacing
were available. As the backspace in inches get
smaller, the rim will mover away from the inner well.

Try to measure the backspacing on your OEM rims
for a reference point. Moving the rim outward
too much will give you more inner clearance for
wider tires but will also put added stress on
your suspension components.

The ideal is to match the tread width with the
rim width because this lessens the stress on the
tire's sidewall. The approved rim width for a
ll.5" tread is 10" to 12".

One other factor is the tire's diameter. If the
tire that you're interested in has a different
tire diameter than the OEM, your speedometer and
odometer will not give true readings.

Maybe DMLers with 4x4 in your model year can be
more specific.

Best of luck
