Gary,
I do have some dyno results from my truck, unfortunately they are prior to
and after the installation of the Stage II TB. Bruce Bridges has tried both
the Stage I and
the Stage II at the strip and hasn't noticed any quantifiable differences
between the two. Bob M. currently has the Stage I installed on his truck. I
don't have the
sheets right here in front of me but a do remember some of the results.
Below are the numbers and all tests were run on a Clayton Dyno adjusted to
Std. Temp and
Pressure.
Truck -- 1998 Dodge Ram Quad Cab 5.9L
Exhaust Flowmaster three chamber (52552)
JET Stage II chip
Kenne Bell cold air induction system
Crane Hi-6 ignition module
Autolite 5224 Double Platinum plugs
MSD 8.5 MM plug wires
Borg Warner distributor cap and rotor
Horsepower (rear wheel) 202@ 4,900
Horsepower (rear wheel) 231@ 4,900 - Stage II TB installed
Horsepower (rear wheel) 236 @ 4,900 - Stage II TB + Lucas 270 CC injectors
installed
Given the results that Bruce has had, I would imagine that the Stage I would
be pretty close to the Stage II, a little less on the 5.2L engines......
