#606 for my '94 Sport was a rechecking of torque on the fuel tank strap
bolts. The steering wheel recall was because the old rear section of the
steering wheel had some big holes in them that could catch a key (or
other item) hanging out of the ignition and prevent the steering wheel
from turning. A bad thing when driving. :) They tried just getting by
with just putting rubber plugs in the holes but the NTSB said "not good
enough" and they put a redesigned back on it. You'll know if it has been
replace if the back of the steering wheel is not the same size as the column.
