rpm at that speed, I will try and push it further next time. By the way,
trap speeds of 100mph, yield @et's of 14's What mods have you made to

I run the Richmond 4.10 ring and pinion in my SS/T...

It has 275/60/17" tires... not a short tire by any means..

I go through the traps at near 100 mph, and I'm right at 4,800 rpm in 3rd
gear, so I can't see how Vlad's Indy can run 135mph unless he has really
tall
tires, or did so with the overdrive on..

(I missed this thread if you can't tell already...)

Make your own conclusions here, but if the Dakota here in question is
heavily
modified and runs short tires, he/she might run out of gear at the drag
strip... On a stock/lightly modded truck, the 4.10'll do nicely... watch out
for a nasty traction problem if it's a 5 spd in 1st gear.. :/
