Norah,
In my opinion, your best bet may be to get the kind that come on a string.
You tie one end to your front bumper, and the other to your rear bumper
going over the roof of your truck. You can also tie/tape little bells or
something to the door handles. Yes, the pom poms would come over the
windshield, but you can always cut the string and tape it to the top of the
windshield to avoid damaging your paint.
Weddings are dangerous to the vehicles involved. :)
