I had my rhino liner installed about 1 month ago, and when they did the
tailgate,
they chiseled? around the inspection plate, and took a drill and drilled
down to
the screws to expose the heads.... 'Cause in my case, if I ever need to
change
the center brake light, I need to take that plate off to get to the light
bulb (in the tailgate '95-96
model years).
