check the tire pressure. If its high then the bed will hop around like a
rabbit. I keep mine at 35psi but when carrying a load I pump em up a bit.

I have a 97 sport model, regular cab, V6 5-speed and I was wondering if
anyone has some handling problems as I do. When I am driving at normal
speeds and when I encounter anykind of bump in the road even a small one
my truck seems to one to "jump" from one side to the other. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
