I think it has to be a re-occuring problem that doesn't get fixed after
a couple trys (3?). When I bought my R/T the salesman gave me a pamplet
on the "Lemon Laws" but I didn't study it closely, we kind of skimmed
thru the hi-lites. Look in your owners manual and see if there's any
info or extra pamplets. I'll try to find the one I have. Alan S.

I have had nothing but problems since I bought my Dodge Dakota in Nov. 97.
It started with replacing the clutch fan motor twice,
fixed leaky transmission, fixed engine oil leak, replaced gas fuel pump,
and now it is raining inside my truck thru the passenger side.
Can I do take the truck back and demand a new one?
