'89 3.9 stalling on takeoff

Hey guys,

Changed out the TPS on my '89 that was stalling on takeoff with slightly
open throttle. No change!

If I do a resistance check on the TPS what kind of resistance values should
I expect to see, wiper to either side or total resistance?
