Jack, are you skeerd of a little c-notch? It can actually serve to
strengthen your frame due to its construction. It's not mandatory to
notch the frame with only a mild drop in ride height. In fact, until you
perform four or five inches in the rear, you won't even come close.
Realize though, that if you do, the rear end axle tube will start to
bend the frame rail upward to make clearance for itself.
