Dr. Pat's island-air fix

Here is my fix for the open element air filter blues (hot underhood air).
If you look at the radiator support brace under the hood. you will see a
piece of rubber "weatherseal". This is ther to force all the air through
the radiator. To get some of that nice, cool, outside air to your filter,
all you have to do is to remove about 18-20 inches of that rubber seal from
the center section of the support brace. Voila! It's quick, easy and FREE!

You pre-97 folks could take a look under your hood and see if that rubber is
there on your trucks too.
