Since the A/C is ON when you use the defroster and part of the time when you
use the heater I would definitely look for the drain clogs or a loose drain
line if applicable. On a rainy day the condensate builds up fast when using
the defroster and heater!

NOT! This could only happen if the coolant/antifreeze is clear...and cold,
for that matter, because that's the fluid going through your heater core--

I'd check to make sure the a\c condensate drain is clear of obstruction
first...dirt, leaves and other stuff can clog it up and allow water to back
up into the vent ducting...just MY 2 cents.
