Only true if the container used is not completely full. If the container
used has no air gap and is securely placed in the bed, it won't slosh
anymore than a sand bag would. However, if there is an air gap the slosh
slosh away and you are correct.
It would also take a reasonable amount of fluid too. There's a 22 gallon
tank that's partly filled with fluid already and I can't say I've ever
noticed it sloshing around.

Dude , if you go and put a large amount of liqid back there you run the
risk of getting in an accident. The liquid will constatly shift and slosh
around and may possibly spin you out of control .
