Carbon build-up seems to be a fairly common problem with
Dodge products. '94 Spirit had it and caused rough idle
and pinging. Dodge mechanic recommended that I clean
the throttle body on the '96 Grand Caravan 3.8L and it
had only gone 20,000 miles.
Hope this is the cause ... removing the fuel tank to
get at the pump is not a fun job.
