        Only true if the container used is not completely full. If the

        used has no air gap and is securely placed in the bed, it won't

        anymore than a sand bag would. However, if there is an air gap the

        It would also take a reasonable amount of fluid too. There's a 22
gallon
        tank that's partly filled with fluid already and I can't say I've
ever
        noticed it sloshing around.
