I have this problem with my R/T. Usually does it when I move the wheel from
center. I have yet to visit the dealer since I'm trying to avoid them unless
it's a major problem.

Subject: DML: 98 dakota steering clunk
I have a clunk in my steering collum on my 98 4X2.
I know several other members have had this and had it fixed.
My truck in in the dealers now and the service manager called that the
service bulletin is only for 4X4s.
Has anyone with a two wheel drive had this problem.
Thanks a lot.
Bob
