Thats how mine is/was just picked it up and the Service mjr said the shaft
is fine but the tech kept trying to find the problem and the steering locked
up, they replaced the rack and penion unit and said there was a flaw in it.
Just drove it home 30 miles and its like a different truck, steering is
smooth, was not before.
